Microsoft is seeking a leader of Digital Stores Global Site Operations Process and Programs to build and execute a strategy for digital operations process (such as web production) and programs (such as localization and workflow) that support the WW digital operations of Microsoft Digital Stores. Microsoft currently markets and sells products and services in over 200 global markets and ranks in the top 20 web properties by traffic. This role will define and create the future of Digital Stores Site Operations by: Advocating for the customer and other stakeholders by tracking, measuring and optimizing digital operations processes with a focus on KPIs of quality, agility, and efficiency Managing product development lifecycle for digital operations-specific third-party tools around workflow, pricing, and product assortment, including management those vendor relationships. Managing site operations, vendor relationships and budgets for key functions including localization, workflow and pricing intelligence. Creating and driving
At least 10 years' experience in a leadership role in an area of global, digital operations. Specific experience in content localization, production, and management will be helpful in this role, it is not required. Examples of diverse-yet-relevant experience: ecommerce supply chain, data operations, ecommerce product or program management, global sales and/or marketing operations At least 5 years' experience as a people-manager with proven experience around coaching, developing and hiring exceptional team members, leading high-performing teams, and established success in areas of impact for influence,
