Microsoft's Customer and Market Research (CMR) team is looking for a thought leader in customer satisfaction measurement and analysis – someone who will not only advance our customer insight's program, but someone who will also substantially contribute to Microsoft's objective of becoming more customer obsessed. In this role, you will be joining one of the largest and most innovative insights departments in the world. As a member of CMR's Corporate Research team, you will lead a team whose responsibility it is to generate and broadly communicate across the company insights regarding how to improve Microsoft's customer satisfaction. This includes the management of Microsoft's large-scale survey research programs, which provides key satisfaction metrics and insights to our Commercial, Partner, OEM, Retail, and Customer Service organizations. You have held a position advocating for greater customer design – and you love it. Specifically, you have experience designing customer experience measurement and numerous stories about advocating for greater customer-centric design of product, service, and/or solution offerings to business leaders. You enjoy building large scale programs or systems of work. That is, you can create a clear vision for the development of such programs and are exceptional at aligning resources to build these programs.
