Do you have a passion for content strategy, information architecture, data, and user experience? Do you like bringing those skills and insights together to inform great content experiences? If so, we'd love to have you join the content development team within Worldwide Learning (WWL). Our team builds technical training content for customers, partners and employees. We build Instructor Led Training (ILT) and online content via Microsoft Learn. We have tremendous opportunities to not only increase customer satisfaction, but also to innovate. We'd love your energy, passion, skills, and ideas! In this role, you will use customer, market and product data, balanced with upcoming release milestones, to drive the content plan for Modern Workplace. You will drive a comprehensive portfolio strategy; report out regularly on portfolio performance; work with content dev engineers on planning and delivery, and drive stakeholder relationships inside and outside of WWL.

In addition, you will: Partner with content developers, as well as engineering partners and others outside of the team, to plan and deliver a curated set of content for a portfolio of products. Listen to a broad set of customers and conduct and coordinate research, using insights to effectively deliver, integrate, and optimize quick-twitch responses to customers; use KPIs and other data to make the appropriate tradeoffs to optimize investment for content areas across the portfolio. This role requires a range of skills and expertise around complex content project management, data analysis, digital communications, information design and taxonomy. Specific skill sets we are looking for include: Experience in content development, creation and/or management OR practical experience with Modern Workplace products 5+ years of Product or Program management experience Ability to develop and communicate content strategy, direction, and innovation (across a portfolio of content) – upward, downward, and outward, across multiple disciplines, topics, and tasks Strong executive communication
