Within WW Learning, the Global Customer Learning team is seeking an experienced Marketing and Programs director to lead the Go-To-Market and Programs team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with a combination of people management, partner marketing, and program management experience. In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading the Marketing and Program Management Team Setting Team Priorities Developing the Learning Partner GTM Program from structure to benefits Developing strategic partner GTM plans with defined set of partners to create a high quality and unique partnership experience Managing partner co-marketing and channel go-to-market strategies to drive incremental business to both Partners and Microsoft
Qualifications include: Minimum 5 years as a people manager Minimum 8 years of experience in partner marketing Experience building incentive-based partner marketing programs Demonstrated success building and executing joint marketing plans with partners Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong collaboration and negotiation skills Qualified Degree: BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred In this role, candidates should expect to travel 20% of their time meeting directly with partners in person.
