Marketplace partner team Co-Sell. This role
The Marketplace partner team within the Commerce and Ecosystems engineering (C+E) group is looking for a high energy and motivated leader to help us define the future of partner and channel programs, marketplace and Co-Sell. This role represents an opportunity to tackle one of the biggest growth areas for Microsoft, driving accelerated growth of Microsoft Azure and Business Applications with our partner ecosystem. In this role you will lead a team of product managers that work with OCP and marketing teams to define business requirements and work with engineering partners through the development process and launch new capabilities in market. The role is responsible for representing the voice of the partner and our business stakeholders within the engineering process and will work closely with teams across Microsoft including the One Commercial Partner team, Marketing and business planning teams.

• Develop and lead a team of senior business program managers • Drive the business requirements for partner experiences in partner center • Partner with the commercial partner team "OCP" to deliver our Co-Sell strategy through the Microsoft field and reseller partners • Land improvements and change management through our partner, reseller and managed service provider programs. • Evangelize Microsoft marketplace and partner strategy at industry events and through Microsoft social channels. As a leader in the Cloud and AI marketplace and partner team you will help define and deliver on our marketplace,
