This role will be part of the Microsoft 365 Strategy Team. The team's mandate is to define and drive growth initiatives for Microsoft 365. A successful candidate in this role will drive a variety of topics covering product strategy, business model strategy, competitive assessment etc. This role is best suited for candidates with experience in management consulting (e.g. as a Engagement Manager at top-tier firms) who have a strong background/passion for technology and want greater ownership for projects and outcomes. Candidates with industry experience - particularly in corporate/business unit strategy would also be considered.

The Modern Workplace and Microsoft 365 are core pillars of Microsoft's growth strategy. The Microsoft 365 Strategy team is part of Microsoft 365 Business Planning. This role is an opportunity to shape our product and business model transformation as we grow our business. Position requirements: • 2-4 years of top-tier management consulting experience (Sr. Associate/Jr. Engagement Manager/Engagement Manager level) ideally followed by strong relevant industry experience • A passion for technology • Self-starter with strong financial and analytical skills; sound business judgement • Excellent problem structuring, identification and resolution; strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent cross-functional project management and leadership skills • Ability to influence cross-functional teams • Demonstrated track record of success in creating high impact
