This role will be part of the Microsoft 365 Strategy Team. The team's mandate is to define and drive growth initiatives for Microsoft 365. A successful candidate in this role will drive a variety of topics covering product strategy, business model strategy, competitive assessment etc. This role is best suited for candidates with experience in management consulting (e.g. as a Engagement Manager at top-tier firms) who have a strong background/passion for technology and want greater ownership for projects and outcomes. Candidates with industry experience - particularly in corporate/business unit strategy would also be considered.

Position requirements: • 2-4 years of top-tier management consulting experience (Sr. Associate/Jr. Engagement Manager/Engagement Manager level) ideally followed by strong relevant industry experience • A passion for technology • Self-starter with strong financial and analytical skills; sound business judgement • Excellent problem structuring, identification and resolution; strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent cross-functional project management and leadership skills • Ability to influence cross-functional teams • Demonstrated track record of success in creating high impact
