We're looking for an early-in-career Visual Designer who shares our values and wants to make a difference at Microsoft.

Outcomes you'll drive: Create visual designs for cross-platform experiences, with a good understanding of user and business needs Rapidly iterate through multiple concepts, striving to find the best solutions and communicate solid rationale with stakeholders for design choices Demonstrate design concepts through prototyping Have an excellent eye for detail and execute to the highest standards Work collaboratively on a larger design team made up of interaction designers, visual designers, motion designers and front-end developers focused on end-to-end experiences Have a solid grounding in a user-centered
What you'll need 2+ years of relevant visual design experience Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in product design, HCI, interaction design, industrial design, communication design, architecture or equivalent experience Presentation of a strong design portfolio Visual or graphic design background A fundamental understanding of visual design principles (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.) and creation or understanding of how to apply to visual mood boards, storyboards, creative briefs, and motion and visual guidelines Eye and passion for product quality,
