Admin Design team The FUEL Admin
Are you a holistic design thinker? The FUEL Admin Design team is looking for a strong UX designer and thinker who can look across the Office admin suite of products and create meaningful experiences that help the desktop admins to manage and monitor their environments with ease. Our team uses deep customer research and understanding paired with design thinking to concept, prototype, build, and ship experiences that will improve the way desktop admins work and interact with our products. We build AI based experiences focused on helping the admins to deploy and manage Office 365 subscription by providing them data insights, recommending deployment strategies and monitoring the progress. As a Designer II, you'll work closely with PM and feature crew to ideate and design enterprise grade web experiences, help senior designers develop product architectures and systems and be an active contributor in evaluating and prioritizing work. Responsibilities Work independently to lead the design work for a feature area, create and assess design solutions based on user research data and business requirements Explore multiple design directions that illustrate optimal user experiences, deliverables may include storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces. Work closely and constructively with product management, visual and interaction designers, engineers and user researchers to iterate quickly and deliver flawlessly. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Design (or related field) or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of industry experience in interactive design and/or visual design Demonstrated breadth across Information Architecture, Usability, Interaction, and Visual Design Ability to create highly polished design prototypes, mockups, and other communication artifacts Ability to deal with ambiguity Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch etc. Desirable experience: Experience designing user experiences for enterprise software/services Experience
