Cross-discipline collaboration with engineering and development partners in framing their business questions and developing an appropriate research plan to address these. Drive, develop, and refine innovative user testing methodologies for new entertainment products and established video game franchises and platforms. Work with the User Research Lead to develop a research program showcasing breakthrough methods and best-in-class game production user research. Minimum Requirements: Advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) in experimental psychology (experimental, social, cognitive, etc.), human computer interaction, human factors, computer science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
