Experiences Research team Microsoft's Customer Insights
This role in Microsoft's Customer Insights and Research (CIR) is focused on delivering insights for the Browsing, Cross-device, and Mobile Experiences Research team. Our team ensures customers are happy and successful while using our products. In this role you will help improve key experiences for customers, from browsing the internet to connecting phones with Windows. In this position, you must excel in understanding the needs, wants, and desires of our customers to help us increase user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
You will be primarily responsible for: 1. Generating actionable user research insights to help stakeholder teams drive better decision making. 2. At least 4-years industry experience conducting user research and effectively partnering with development teams to improve the user experience based on research results. Strong project management, organization, and planning skills with an attention to detail. Experience and demonstrated skill in customer interaction and management.
