· Bachelor’s degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience (2+ years) · 4 years of experience in a technical role · 1+ years of experience in Networking (DNS, TCP/IP) · 3 + years of experience in one of the following database engines: · MySQL · Oracle · PostgreSQL · MariaDB · SQL Server · Amazon Aurora · Strong Linux system administrator skills · Networking (DNS, TCP/IP) · Excellent oral and written communication skills – customers contact us via calls, chats, and email. · Customer service
