Troubleshoot database fleet for performance critical, highly available, massively concurrent, distributed systems on UNIX/Linux platform. Support database layers, including architecture, query design, performance optimization and configuration tuning. Assess and mitigate risks by conducting performance/stability testing, and tuning and scalability planning, using database diagnostics, SQL, UNIX shell scripting, and program debugging. Migrate software systems from other platforms . Support software development teams with new software releases and feature tests. Position Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a solutions architect, or big data consultant or a related occupation.
