The AWS Tech360 team is looking for a Data Steward with strong analytical and communication skills. We are looking for someone who can deep dive into Master Data domains, and overtime become a subject matter expert of the data and related processes. The team is committed to building and enhancing the platform that will support AWS’ rapidly growing customer data needs. As a Data Steward, you will be owning and maintaining the best version of customer data within the MDM platform. You will also be accountable for defining and managing data governance standards for data quality and metadata. Our ideal candidate must be eager to learn, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment. · 2+ years relevant work experience in data analytics and data quality · Working knowledge of data quality processes including transliteration, parsing, analysis, standardization and data enrichment · Working knowledge of Master Data Management concepts · Excellent analytical, problem solving and logical reasoning skills · Ability to perform complex data analysis, data profiling and creating recommendations for improving data quality · Bachelor’s degree in Math, Finance, or Statistics or equivalent work experience· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability
