Experience Analytics team Employee Services organization

With all Amazonians has our customer, the Employee Experience Analytics team is seeking an applied behavioral/data scientist to develop/implement employee experience metrics to ensure Amazonians can deliver, develop, innovate and invent in a frustration-free environment. This team member will be responsible for designing and implementing metrics to better understand and solve the challenges within the employee experience while tracking impact to different business/operation area(s) bottom-line. We seek expertise in survey methodology, experimental design, sampling, data collection, extraction, psychometrics and analytics for success in this role. · Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Applied mathematics, Survey Methodology, or equivalent program · Proficiency in a minimum of one statistical programming language: R, Python, or Stata · Four plus years of industry experience outside of course/degree study · Experience with experimental and research design · Experience conducting complex statistical analyses · Ph.D. in Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Applied mathematics, Survey Methodology, or equivalent program. · Experience with applied behavioral science · Proficiency in research methods and experimental design
