· Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative/technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering). · 5+ years industry experience as a Data Engineer or in a related field (i.e. Business Intelligence Engineer, Database Analyst, Database Administrator, etc.) with a strong track record of working with large and unstructured datasets. · 5+ years of hands-on experience in writing complex, highly-optimized SQL queries across large data sets, Data Modeling and ETL Management.· Understanding of data management fundamentals, data storage principles and distributed systems. · Works well individually
