As a Program Manager, you will: Work with a team of business professionals and data scientists to help understand, analyze, define, and scope the business requirements, metrics, and KPIs Work with data engineers to design, develop and deploy new data solutions and data platform capabilities Work with key stakeholders to develop analytic learning plans and solutions to answer key business questions and manage the prioritization and execution through a monthly sprint process Analyze high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources (e.g., cloud, SQL) and communicate actionable insights in
To be successful in this role, you should have: 2+ years delivering complex multi-dimensional data reporting and business intelligence solutions Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience Complex program leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to organize, lead, motivate, and build credibility with a diverse set of stakeholders Experience framing and participating in data-driven business decisions, including measuring and evaluating outcomes Experience in building impactful visualization
