Develop holistic data views and reports to understand learning program health and drive action Perform statistical analyses to influence strategic decisions with data-driven insights Drive best practices and enable scale in business rhythms Partner with data engineering to design efficient and scalable solutions Collaborate with data scientists to drive deeper insight and explore advanced models to solve business problems.
Bachelor's degree+ in Statistics/Math/Computer Science/Finance or related field 3+ years in an analytical field (data engineering, data science, analytics, business intelligence and reporting, finance, or other relevant area) Experience developing insightful reporting for business stakeholders and leadership Proficient in data-driven storytelling via reports and exec visualizations: ability to frame complex analyses and tell succinct, impactful stories to senior management 1+ year experience using statistical programming languages (Python, SQL) for data access, wrangling, and statistical modeling
