Customer Success Manager (Amazon Business Adoption Services) Summary As part of the Amazon Business Professional Services team, Customer Success Managers (CSMs) help B2B organizations use Amazon Business (AB) to achieve specific goals. CSMs are experts in AB solutions, value propositions, and feature enablement. Leveraging their industry and product expertise, CSMs develop and implement change management plans to grow AB adoption with individual customers and at scale. They understand B2B purchasing and payment requirements to advise on best practices, tips, and techniques to incorporate AB into existing business processes and/or recommend new business processes to achieve KPIs. CSMs are experts at finding insights and trends in data. They are comfortable running virtual training and continuing education sessions and leading in-person workshops to grow adoption. The ideal candidate will have experience developing B2B relationships across functional areas and has a background in Project

· 5+ years Professional Services delivery, project management or Customer Success experience (B2B preferred) · BA/BS degree · Advanced Excel Skills · Executive Presence · Exceptional written and verbal communication · Ability to travel approx. 25%· Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay or Source-to-Settle concepts · Change Management certification or training · Previous experience developing training or instructional content · Familiarity with ERP systems · PMP or Project Management certification · Experience with big data (Tableau or SQL preferred) · Comfort with CRMs (Salesforce), Marketing Automation,
