The AWS End User Computing team just launched Amazon WorkLink, a fully managed service that lets customers provide their employees secure, one-click access to internal corporate websites and web apps using their mobile phones. With Amazon WorkLink, employees can access internal web content as easily as they access any public website, without the hassle of connecting to their corporate network. We are rapidly iterating in this space to continue addressing customer needs and are looking for a skilled Customer Success Engineer to help our customers accelerate their adoption of Amazon WorkLink. This is an excellent opportunity to help customers navigate the AWS ecosystem and advise them on building resilient architectures. Your responsibilities will include: owning the technical engagement and ultimate success of specific customer implementations, defining implementation architectures, and troubleshooting customer challenges. Are you a Systems Administrator with a deep understanding of networking,

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years relevant work experience. · 3+ years supporting identity solutions in an enterprise environment · 3+ years of experience in the design and implementation of complex IT systems, particularly related to network security, encryption, auth (SAML, Kerberos, OIDC), TLS, VPN. · Excellent networking fundamentals and experience in troubleshooting network issues related to (but not exclusively): DNS, subnetting, routing, VPNs · Ability to extend automation/system management tools and processes that reduce manual efforts and increase overall
