Amazon Web Services is seeking a principal customer references manager to develop and deliver a global customer success and references program for key customer accounts. AWS is seeking a driven and customer-obsessed individual to join the Global Customer References team to develop and manage customer reference activity plans with strategic customer accounts, in close partnership with the Strategic Accounts team. As part of the Global Customer References team, you will be responsible for researching account details and desires and working with customers to create advocacy plans that meet their needs and the needs of AWS. · 10+ years in marketing, technical marketing, PR, customer relationship management, or a related field. · 5+ years of work experience in customer reference or customer advocacy programs. · Awesome verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. · A record of delivering results in an environment with ambiguous processes and multiple stakeholders. · Experience communicating and collaborating with C-suite executives.· Ability to self-direct, multi-task, and prioritize assignments. · Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. · Creativity and experience innovating in digital marketing channels
