Core responsibilities This position requires strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Project Manage and track all customer engagements across team Engage and recruit select customers and partners about the business value of Dynamics 365 Assist in the development of KPI's to measure customer engagement Consolidate reporting of all our metrics (MAU, NPS, tenants, etc.) Maintain all EBC and presentation content in one repository Assist in the editing of content including release notes, blogs and customer facing communications Assist managing PM release cycles Oversee and ensure all
The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience 5 years of Project management is a requirement Strong understanding of business applications and the value it brings to business Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify and synthesize complex market dynamics and technology needs for different audiences to build coalition across different organizations Strong track record of defining successful strategies, working with large and small partners across all maturity phases, and building strong relationships with internal business stakeholders
