The team interacts regularly with Microsoft's senior management, including frequent discussions with the company's CEO and CFO. The team is looking for highly motivated Mergers and Acquisitions professionals with a passion for technology. Corporate Development Analysts play an integral role in charting the future direction of Microsoft and will participate in landscape-defining transactions. Analysts will: Join an accomplished team of individuals with extensive M and A experience from leading investment banks, private equity firms, consulting firms and corporations. For any given deal, lead valuation analysis and actively participate in deal structuring, negotiation strategy, and review of term sheets and definitive agreements. Play a vital role in upfront idea generation, strategic evaluation and business planning, coordination
Required: 2+ years working experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or similar Competency with Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); Demonstrated experience with Excel modelling. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, preferred We are looking for professionals with at least two years of analyst experience from a top-tier investment bank, preferably with mergers and acquisitions transaction experience.
