Development Integration team Corporate Development Integration
The Corporate Development Integration team is seeking a motivated Integration Change Manager to drive efficient integration of Amazon's acquisitions. The Change Manager will build and lead change management and community initiatives across Amazon's acquisitions. The Manager will lead and execute change programs to deliver cross-functional and cultural integration for acquisitions during the immediate post-close period and develop programmatic efforts to provide continuously improving acquired employee engagement opportunities. Responsibilities will include: · Deliver change management tactics for acquisitions during the initial period post-close, including developing communications collateral, working with cross-functional teams on training, and managing stakeholders · Design and launch adoption metrics · Develop and run programs that enable subsidiaries and Amazon cross-functional teams to establish strong and active communities
Basic qualifications · 4+ years of complex cross-functional change management experience · Led change programs with cross-functional teams · Strong executive-level written and verbal presentation skills · PROSCI certification or other formal change management experience · Organized large-scale events/conferences for executive leadership and global audiences · Ability to deal with ambiguity and to multi-task · Bachelor's degreePreferred qualifications · Demonstrated experience working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment · Demonstrated experience in post-close integration
