Amazon's Customer Service (CS) department is looking for an experienced Content Project Manager to deliver on world-wide content for internal and external customers, in-line with global principles and standards. The successful candidate will be passionate about improving the customer, authoring and localization experience, while focusing on the future vision. You will work with a team who will be expected to deliver on high visibility projects and processes that contribute to an exceptional customer experience through content. You will work within a global team to define the planning, development and management of informational content. You will deliver on projects, evolving ideas and implementing solutions. You will work closely with the content strategy team to define delivery parameters and execute on timelines. As a subject matter expert, you will be expected to build a broad and deep business knowledge of specific product areas, in order to advise on content governance and approach,

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Journalism, Technical Writing, Communication, other) · Native-level fluency in English · Solid, demonstrated cross-functional content and project management experience, in particular with complex content initiatives and senior stakeholder management · Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize · Experience working effectively within a multi-lingual, global team· Intermediate HTML and/or XML skills and experience
