Responsibilities include: Content management · Oversee the relationship with internal and external content development teams · Manage partners to deliver against style guidelines, SLAs, and budgets · Audit images, graphics, and copy to maintain a high quality bar · Identify and implement process improvements to scale content creation, reduce churn, or improve process time · Implement content

· Bachelor degree · Knowledge of marketing fundamentals · Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines · Ability to work with both creative and technical teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment · Exceptional attention to detail · End-to-end ownership of major project deliverables · Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player · Strong communication outlining plans and ideas, in written and verbal format. · Strong relationship building with internal and external stakeholders·
