The RE and S Compliance and Supplier Governance Manager will collaborate across RE and S teams to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls for proactive risk management and mitigation. This individual will drive and manage risk assessments, and partner with the business to remediate issues and close control gaps. This position reports to the Compliance and Supplier Governance Lead and is a member of the centralized Business Operations team for RE and S. Improve existing processes and close control gaps by conducting risk assessments, implementing effective preventative and detective controls, and monitoring emerging risks Provide compliance SME feedback across RE and S teams to ensure effective process design and implementation Design and implement an effective monitoring program for supplier governance and other high-risk internal controls Launch the compliance training framework to ensure that employees understand key policy requirements Develop internal RE and S standards and guidelines, as needed, to create clarity and drive consistency across
The successful candidate must have the following skill set: BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management or another related field. MBA, CPA or other advanced degree is a plus 8+ years' work experience in Compliance, Real Estate, Finance, or Operations, preferably within a multinational corporate environment Demonstrated experience in the design, implementation and monitoring of internal controls and compliance programs Knowledge of the corporate real estate and security industries desired Strong communication skills: oral, written and presentation skills, and
