This role will help augment the team's storytelling and communications capabilities in ways that are strategic, impactful and aligned with our mission. The primary focus of this role is on shaping the next phase of Microsoft's Cloud + AI communications platform spanning business strategy and momentum, technology vision and thought leadership. The scope includes responsibilities for creative storytelling and content development across speeches, written communications and social media channels. Develop EVP communications content for key external audiences – including commercial and public sector customers, professionals, business decision makers, developers, and investors. This includes editorial content and programming and production end-to-end. Sample tasks: ‒ Create concepts (in partnerships) and write full scripts for videos and speeches ‒ Create social media content, talking points, slides, and visuals ‒ Draft letters, video scripts, and press quotes ‒ Use the latest technologies for building effective storytelling content (in partnership with key stakeholders) ‒ Creation of EVP
