Global Customer Fulfillment Solutions (GCFS) is responsible for creating new processes, standards, and technologies to continue delivering exceptional service to Amazon customers worldwide by integrating the most innovative supply chain technologies into Amazons fulfillment global operations. We are seeking a Communications and Programs Manager to assist in defining, landing and executing on the business operational cadence together with executing a comprehensive internal communications strategy. The ideal candidate earns trust through performance and relationship building, is disciplined in operations execution, has creative ideas for employee engagement and has an extreme level of attention to detail. The successful candidate should be passionate about writing and connecting with an audience through a written medium and has a proven work ethic that drives the desired results, and has experience in communications and/or business management. · At least 5+ years’ experience supporting a mid-to-large scale multi-geographical organization. · Experience in multiple organizational functions such as communications and/or business management · Excellent writing skills are a must, with the ability to formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues, and the ability to create a concise and well-written narrative · Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement processes, procedures and policies · Strong financial, analytical and communication skills. · Ability to exercise high judgment, particularly in narrow time-frames · Deep experience
