Turn 10 Studios is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and experienced communications professional for the newly created Communications Lead role. This role is based with Turn 10 leadership and will shape the communication strategy for the award-winning Forza racing franchise, including the critically acclaimed Forza Motorsport and Forza Horizon series and the Forza Racing Championship (ForzaRC) esports tournament. This person will create world-class, global franchise communication plans with key stakeholders across the organization and work hand in hand with the development team to optimize for player engagement and retention. Drive, own and coordinate a holistic Forza franchise communications strategy Create and execute strong global communication strategy programs that integrate numerous disciplines such as public relations, marketing, engineering, publishing, community management, social media, and business teams Proven experience working and partnering within a global organization to deliver impact and influence while driving effective, integrated programs Ability to balance the needs of press and consumer outreach with an understanding of how social media, content and influencer marketing can be utilized as part
5+ years of experience in gaming communications, technology or consumer products, experience in entertainment is a plus Bachelor's degree Possess a strong understanding of the power of online communities, streamers and influencers as well as traditional press Passion for, and current understanding of, evolving communications trends Proven ability to lead diverse groups of people to achieve desired results Executive presence, presentation skills and professional maturity Exceptional storytelling/writing skills Comfortably work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment Flexibility to travel
