The Global Accounts Sales Strategy and Operations (SSO) is a diverse team that supports the Sales, Inside Sales, Solution Architects, Solution Delivery Managers, and Business Development teams across the world. We enable AWS teams to better serve our Global 200 customers in their journey to the cloud. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Optimization and Strategy Manager to partner with the Head of Global Accounts Sales Strategy and Operations to define, execute and deliver commercial optimization to the Fortune 200 customers. The ideal candidate earns trust internally and externally as a subject matter expert in all commercial aspects of the customer

· Bachelor degree and 5+ years of experience in business development, management consulting, IT consulting, IT cost optimization and similar · Advanced data skills, including advanced use of Excel and self-service BI tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, Domo and similar · Solid cloud financial literacy · Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement Customer facing processes · Cross functional collaboration skills · Superior written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information at the C-suite/VP level · Ability to operate independently
