Customer Success Team Customer Success Architect
The Customer Success Architect sits in the Customer Success organization within WCB, focusing on Microsoft's Cloud and AI Platform. The Customer Success Team is an enterprise organization responsible for helping customers with the building, deploying and operating Microsoft's Cloud and AI Platform. The CSU Architect team is a technical team that accomplishes three strategic goals: 1) Work directly with our most strategic customer projects worldwide to ensure they are successful on the platform, 2) Ensure our engineering teams fully understand the end to end technical details of their services through the eyes of our customers, and 3) Share best practices with the larger community worldwide. The architect in CS WCB is a senior level individual contributor who works globally and who will lead strategic projects, mentor technical team members and be the voice driving strategic decisions in engineering representing our customers. The Architect along with the other Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) technical delivery personnel, will be responsible for: Driving customer Success on the Azure platform with a special focus in your technical domain Acting as the subject matter expert for running workloads on Azure, and support customer/partner deployments with deployment guidance, supporting development of the customers' cloud adoption model, and providing appropriate recommendations to overcome blockers Impacting the strategic direction of core engineering Moving the dial with high quality guidance for our external community Mentoring
Professional Passionate and diverse thinker Experience: 5+ years of success in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications Relationship Building. Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts.
