This role will be responsible for closing bar-raising, often passive talent, and creating programmatic approaches to hiring including a focus on building out engagement strategies with diverse populations in partnership with the designated client group(s). · 4+ years of progressive corporate and or search firm recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruitment. · CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. · Bachelor’s degree.· High aptitude for earning trust with clients, peers and candidates. · High-judgement decision making and experience working with confidential personnel information. · Experience recruiting in a high volume corporate environment. · Experience recruiting passive talent for a corporate enterprise
