US One Commercial Partner (OCP) group is looking for a Chief of Staff who will work closely with the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of the US One Commercial Partner group in driving the rhythm-of-the-business, team communications and executive communications (external and internal), organization health, budget management, business and role excellence, and delivering business performance. You will partner closely with the CVP to shape the mission of the team, lead and contribute to special projects, and help develop the value system of the team. In addition, this leader will directly manage a centralized business and role excellence function to ensure tight orchestration across each functional team within US OCP. This exciting opportunity has a diverse mix of commitments and accountabilities, provides end-to-end visibility across product management, partner channel, and field teams, and allows for growth and development across Microsoft's Leadership and Marketing Competencies.

Responsibilities : Business Process : Lead and coordinate the OCP ROB and improve processes to run the business efficiently. The Chief of Staff will establish the Rhythm of the Business for the team, and work with Finance and HR organizations to coordinate business processes and management control processes etc. Partner with finance and the procurement desk to ensure effective budget management and forecasting. Partner with staffing teams to meet hiring requirements and elevate staffing conversations with the LT. Business Planning and Leadership : Partner with the leadership team to manage the
BA/BS required. MBA preferred At least 8 years of related experience in areas that include: communications and/or marketing, program/project management, business development Experience successfully managing high priority sales teams, with both technical and business acumen. Direct sales and partner sales experience Executive maturity, organizational agility and strong impact and influence competencies Deep understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, emerging computing trends and their impact on partner practice building opportunities Demonstrated self-motivated team
