In Microsoft Devices we have a mission to create and complete magical experiences to empower every person and organization to achieve more. The Devices team has bold ambitions and is looking for a Chief of Staff to drive collaboration, strategy and initiatives across teams to meet those goals and scale the team through rapid growth. The Chief of Staff for Devices will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and will be responsible for working with the Leadership Team to drive business operations, Rhythm of the Business, strategic and organizational initiatives, and business process to meet key objectives and priorities. This individual must have a blend of outstanding strategic, business, communications, and technical skills to successfully support the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and lead the business operations and communications team for Devices.

Lead the organizational and business ROB while driving process improvements to scale both the larger team and the Devices Leadership Team. Understand the end-to-end business to most effectively manage priorities for the Chief Product Officer. Partner with Devices Chief Product Officer and LT to build and drive short and long-term strategies to meet business goals. Partner with finance to ensure effective budget management. Drive cross-device initiatives to manage and drive reductions in operating costs. Lead special strategic projects. Understand and drive costs down from concept through customer
Skills/Capabilities: Able to handle high-level, complex and time critical deadlines and deliverables across a broad range of topics. Exceptional interpersonal skills, cross-boundary collaboration skills, open and honest feedback and interaction. Proactive, forward thinking to manage diverse and dynamic priorities. Ability to deal with ambiguity and react quickly to changing circumstances. Able to understand and simplify complex ideas for broad audiences. Great people manager, able to delegate effectively.
