Do you want to help shape and drive the strategic direction of AI, Mixed Reality and Perception (Cognition)? Do you have experience making an impact in emerging businesses and diverse organizations? If so, you could be a perfect candidate to fill the Chief of Staff role for Customer and Product team within Cognition. We're looking for a senior individual with a proven track record and strong skills in multi-disciplinary business strategy, business operations, finance, technology strategy, communications, customer and partner engagement and internal stakeholder management. This role calls for a balance of leadership and influence skills across the senior leaders within the team and beyond, as well as managing the office for the C and P CVP. Your ability to anticipate and respond quickly as new opportunities and customer situations arise is critical - you play a very important support role for the C and P CVP and the C and P leadership team. Key Competencies include: Senior individual with proven track record and strong skills in multi-disciplinary business strategy (ex. Marketing or Program Mgt experience), business operations, finance, technology strategy, communications and internal stakeholder management. Ability to create a team-focused environment that fosters strong, collaborative working relationships Ability to work across organizational boundaries to build alignment and drive closure on issues. Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate through uncertain situations to drive for clarity. Strong demonstration of leadership
Position Requirements: Demonstrated excellent analytical, problem resolution and decision-making skills. Superior judgment, team management, budgeting, presentation skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure required. Knowledge of the Microsoft product groups, customers and the SMSG field organization Strong oral and written communication skills, and presentation-building. Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment.
