The Consumer and Devices Sales (CDS) team is seeking focused, driven sellers with strong Windows Device business knowledge to work with our Device Partners. These Channel Executives are chartered with working in deep partnership with the Device Partners to land Windows based devices in the Consumer and Commercial channel. Channel Sales Executive is the primary business owner for the device revenue, developing the analysis to optimize the sales performance and growth, and through sales excellence and account planning driving the partner strategy and alignment with category and device marketing to deliver the business priorities. Channel Sales Executive manages across the functional teams to ensure cross team collaboration and follow through on agreed sales and marketing execution plans tied to the business priorities, focusing on the key opportunities and influencing the partners to drive the device assortment and services decisions to accelerate local execution. Develop deep, trusting relationships with the MNA at senior levels in key markets to expand consumer and commercial channel impact and drive Managed Retail growth WW Consumer program management and marketing execution Internal and External ROB process, WW Team Community Leadership Identify, document, follow-up and drive to closure key business issues WW Partner engagement across Consumer, Edu and Commercial segments Cross CDS engagement and alignment with Windows Consumer, Cat teams, Acer RPAMs and Acer account team, and local Device sales leads Drive performance management processes for all Regions,
Required Experience 8-10 years related sales experience Proven success in closing complex deals + technical understanding of devices and consumer/commercial customer requirements Channel management with proven sales results through joint business planning, landing channel strategies, account management, and performance monitoring Proven ability to manage partner sales relationships effectively at senior executive levels Strong team player: Work effectively across teams to solve customer and partner issues Business management and sales excellence required Strategic thinking and execution: Ability
