Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced program manager to lead multiple field engagement initiatives aimed at increasing the effectiveness of our field organization. This is a ground floor opportunity to shape the business direction and operating model of a rapidly growing organization. The program manager will have a talent and passion for implementing new mechanisms within the company along with a relentless desire to continuously improve global operating models. A strong bias for action, strategic planning skills, change management skills, quantitative analysis, and the ability to organize and deliver new initiatives across cross-functional operations, sales, marketing, and product teams is essential. Responsibilities include: · Driving the definition, implementation and adoption of multiple programs for sales strategy, operations and enablement (SSOE) with an emphasis on change management. · Forming and managing cross-functional project teams. · Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university · Experience developing and managing change management initiatives in a Field Operations, Sales or Marketing organization. · Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams · 5+ years of experience in complex project management and implementation with proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation. · Demonstrated ability to measure the impact of change, both quantitatively and qualitatively. · 3+ years of managing issues/crisis, specifically with change management methodologies and tools
