Our team delivers learning programs to over 60,000 professionals across our field organization, and to over 1 million learners across our partner ecosystem. More specifically, the Program Manager will be responsible for the following: Define the strategy of a learner centric foundational role immersion experience for new hires and new to role Collaborate with roles owners to define the set of foundational skills a new hire needs to ramp up on, and the learning outcomes of this experience Program manage a cross functional v-team of subject matter experts to create, update or maintain the learning assets and experience which will directly build such skills Define detailed project plan, schedule, quality bar, budget and exit criteria, to ensure on time
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional program management skills, and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment that demands flexibility, high quality and creativity. Previous learning and development experience is essential. More specifically, the candidate should have the following qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in program management related to learning and development in a corporate environment Strong track record of building strategy and executing solid program management plans to deliver business objectives on schedule and on budget Proven expertise in cross team collaboration
