Do you want to play a leadership role in driving change within Microsoft Services? This high-profile role requires a collaborative business leader with strong change management experience and the ability to influence successfully in a highly matrixed environment. You will drive complex behavioral change by leading the planning and execution of change management strategies for assigned programs, facilitating interaction between internal operations teams and delivery teams, and driving adoption of key processes and tools within the organization.

Change Management : Effective change management and adoption of a portfolio of strategic processes and tools. Using standard process and templates, develop customized change management strategies based on the change impact and audience Collaborate across multiple teams to facilitate field enablement and feedback Monitor and review change adoption and implement resistance mitigation and reinforcement strategies Collaboration : Engage with field partners to gain insight into pain points and feedback and facilitate discussions to feed that into process and tool improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in computer science, operations, business administration, or equivalent years of experience 6+ years of program or project management experience in IT, operations or business Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Microsoft Enterprise Services organization and operations at all levels Proven change management skills, with Prosci or other Change Management qualification or demonstrated experience Hands-on experience in driving change in complex matrix environments Proven experience in leadership position influencing virtual and matrixed teams Strong
