The One Commercial Partner Digital Services (OCP DS) team is looking for a senior and driven change agent to help land our Digital Transformation for partners across modern Co-Sell, Commerce, and Membership. The successful candidate should demonstrate exceptional matrixed leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a combination of strong project and change management skills and experience. Apply change management approach to coordinate and support of changes to systems, business processes, and technology across key OCP business transformation pillars and ensures appropriate engagement with business leadership, engineering leadership, and workstream leads. Define operating structures to govern, monitor, and track engineering projects/deliverables and key dependencies. Bring forward key areas for review and executive decision making. Co-create business requirements and ensure partner experience and business objectives align to strategic plan of record. Develop contingencies to ensure
5+ years of experience in complex project and change management 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience and ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundariesachelor or higher degree in related field Project Management and/or Change Management certification preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts with audiences of all levels Ability to identify, communicate, and track complex schedule dependencies in a clear, precise, and actionable manner Demonstrated
