Commerce and Ecosystems (C+E) is looking for a program manager for e-commerce, with a focus on payments. The ideal candidate is passionate about payments and e-commerce and is looking for a unique experience enabling payments for Microsoft's commerce services, serving Azure, Office 365, Xbox and others.
As part of the C+E business operations payments logistics team, you will be responsible for global e-commerce and payments logistics. E2e ownership of logistics for global e-commerce and payments from requirements analysis and definition, to setup, delivery and testing, to issue triage and support. Setup and administration of merchant accounts, bank accounts and other elements of logistics for global e-commerce and payments. Definition and maintenance of the payments data dictionary and database. Partner with Microsoft teams (Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Business Groups) for the definition
Prior experience in e-commerce, payments, and/or related industries is preferred but not essential. Prior experience working with global teams across multiple languages and cultures is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as effective written and oral communications skills. Proven project management and collaboration skills working across multiple internal and external teams. Strong data analysis skills (quantitative and qualitative).
