XCM Business Operations and Solutions is a globally-aligned strategic unit, enabling XCM to deliver bar-raising creative campaigns for Amazon. BOS optimizes the health of the XCM business by implementing cost-effective, scalable and standardized solutions. BOS is the main liaison between the production teams and internal partners such as Legal, Finance, Risk, and Tax to manage all operational planning, reporting, forecasting, spend, headcount, vendor management, and compliance to Amazon policies. BOS establishes Standard Operating Practices (SOPs) in each regional office, ensuring standardization and centralization. BOS leans into administrative tasks only when necessary to absorb a workflow, determine the best way to automate, and migrate it to a more efficient system, globally.
