Cloud + AI (C+AI) is an exciting business that is helping to drive innovation and leadership with our customers and at Microsoft. The executive office of the EVP is looking to fill a key role on its business management team. This role will help support the team's business operations and space strategy. As a business manager in the C+AI executive office, you will play a critical role in delivering business operations for our rhythm of the business (ROB), supporting logistics and planning for C+AI All-Hands and managing a real estate/space portfolio in partnership with RE and F, that spans across +22K C+AI employees in the Puget Sound area, including specialty and lab spaces such as the Cloud Command Center. Working closely with the chief of staff, you will create and implement operational processes and practices that drive efficiencies for the C+AI executive vice president, leadership team and organization

Strategy + operations: Drive and continuously improve the overall execution of the C+AI space strategy, find efficiencies in planning and help identify any unnecessary spend Operations: Assist in coordination of demos and vendor management for internal events Operations: Assist in leading C+AI business management community Productivity: Develop and create business processes and tools to continuously improve organizational efficiency Additional special projects as needed
Required Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in business management, global project, or operations management Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree business, finance, engineering, operations or equivalent experience Power user of SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype, and analytics tools (PowerBI, etc.) and communication technologies Experienced in project management and has a track record of performing in high-performing management teams Comfortable dealing with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and engaging in cross-group collaboration Strong, strategic problem
