We're looking for an eager, results-driven leader to join our team. Two years ago, we launched the Minecraft Marketplace, an in-game platform that connects tens of millions of our players to diverse and rich content made by community creators. This is a successful, and rapidly-growing initiative that needs a business leader. As the Sr. Manager, Minecraft Marketplace Business Lead you will responsible for planning and strategy for the tech roadmap, leading the store team to drive increased store engagement, optimizing the player experience, and driving revenue. What you will be doing (responsibilities): Drive Minecraft Marketplace performance Own store Visit% and Sales Conversion% KPIs, and ultimately Revenue Improve discovery of store content: make it easier for anyone to access, explore, and discover content in the Marketplace Strengthen the creator community Help set the vision for the Marketplace Align with peers and senior leadership Roadmapping/prioritization of key features with partner production/engineering teams Business POC for 3 engineering teams: Storefront, Ingestion, and Platform Drive Server usage and monetization goals Be true to our
Requirements: Strong business acumen, and instincts for driving growth 7+ years relevant work experience Drive and consistent high-quality results Data-driven analysis: to turn complex situations into actionable insights and recommendations Communication skills: to earn trust and motivate stakeholders Player First approach: specifically around adding value to the play experience, and lowering friction Ability to analyze and diagnose complex business challenges, formulate insights and recommendations Bachelor's degree Strong Plus: 3 rd party marketplace experience Experience working with production
