As the Business Manager to the GM, you will be directly responsible for helping drive business strategy, finance and resource management, internal and external communications, people agenda, and the rhythm of the business (ROB). This role works alongside the GM and interacts on a regular basis with the leaders across OCP, Business Groups, and directly

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Owning and driving the rhythm of the business, including OCP LT reviews, support in Field QBUs, Leadership Team meetings, off-sites, and ensure strong cross collaboration within teams and with key stakeholders and alignment on partner strategy and execution. Partnering with finance and drive the financial management process, including financial planning and execution, cost management, and fiscal planning. Enhancing leadership time effectiveness by setting effective agendas, and driving high-quality content and output, including prep and readiness for key engagements
Minimum Ability to communicate effectively and concisely within senior executives and Microsoft partners - both verbally and in written form. Strong organizational, planning and analytical experience, resourceful at sourcing right stakeholders and driving stakeholder workstreams, driving influence among the senior leaders across a highly-matrix organization. Knowledge of core MS technology, product and technical strategies required.
