Global compensation team is hiring a Business Intelligence Engineer to build and drive the metrics and analytics needed for compensation product and program development. You will have an opportunity to help the transformation of compensation products to enable scientific and technically proficient programs. You will help to shape the strategic direction and enable faster and confident compensation decisions at scale. This position requires an experienced, solution-oriented candidate with a combination of strong data engineering, statistical and analytical capability, the ability to influence with data-driven recommendations, and excellent problem solving abilities. · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, or related discipline · Experience in SQL and ability to create queries using SQL · Experience with multiple BI platforms such as MicroStrategies, Tableau, OBIEE. · 3+ years’ experience developing key metrics and analytics that drive business decisions and actions. · Strong skills using Microsoft Office products, expert in Excel · Ability to rapidly create dynamic charts and graphs from complex data using ad hoc techniques (such as pivot tables, VBA) · Knowledge and application of statistical techniques· An advanced
