The Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) organization collectively represents some of the most critical components of Amazon’s first-class Middle Mile transportation network. Everything we do is aimed at further delighting our customers with faster, cheaper and more efficient means of receiving Amazon packages. The Inbound Business Intelligence and Innovations (BI2) team within Amazon Transportation Service is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to join our team in Seattle. You will be building world class Analytics applications to support Amazon Inbound business. · Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative/technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering). · 5+ years of relevant experience in one of the following areas: Business intelligence, data engineering, database engineering or business analytics. · 5+ years of hands-on experience in writing complex, highly-optimized SQL queries across large data sets. · 5+ years of experience in scripting languages like Python etc. · Knowledge of statistical and optimization modeling. · Experience in BI platform like Tableau, QlikView, etc. · Experience with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. · Experience
