The WW Operations Human Resources team is seeking an experienced, curious, and resourceful Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer to discover and showcase program insights and drive recommendations for how the business is run. As a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer with our team, you will be working with a dynamic data warehousing environment. We are looking for someone with a keen ability to build efficient, flexible, and scalable data warehouse and analytic solutions enabling business leaders to identify risks and opportunities. The candidate should be enthusiastic about new technologies (AWS stack - redshift, quicksight, glue) and be able to implement solutions using these technologies to empower internal customers and scale the existing platform. You should be an expert at designing, implementing, and operating stable, scalable, low cost solutions to flow data from various systems into the data warehouse and into end-user facing reporting applications. · Bachelor’s degree or higher in an analytical area such as Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar · 4-6 years of experience as a BI Engineer, Business/Financial Analyst or Systems Analyst · Experience in relational database concepts with a knowledge of star schema, Redshift, SQL, SQL Tuning · Advanced working knowledge of data manipulation and data mining using SQL. · Advanced skills in Excel as well as any data visualization tools like Quicksight, Power BI (familiarity with Quicksight preferred). · Proficiency in statistics and use of statistical applications,
