We are seeking a curious, driven, top-performing Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Sales Tools and BI team to drive the analytics and help define the system capabilities
Key Responsibilities include: Partner with Sales Excellence, Marketing, Support and Engineering teams to prioritize and scope sales operations requirements into the overall BI infrastructure. Oversee the management of existing data infrastructure to ensure data quality, accuracy and freshness. Participate in the planning process for the further evolution of Sales Operations data infrastructure Design the standard reports and drive ad-hoc BI that enable the sales teams and leadership to effectively inspect the drivers of business execution and performance on a regular basis. Skills and Competencies: Demonstrated experience developing analytic approaches to complex and ambiguous business problems. Innate curiosity and the ability to distill complex data sets and analyses into easy-to-understand insights and recommendations for varied audiences. Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects/programs of various complexity and scale; demonstrated by deep technical project and/or program management experience. Ability to function effectively in a highly matrixed work environment; w/ strong cross-functional team collaboration skills. Willingness to adapt quickly to
