Amazon Web Services, the leader in Cloud Computing, is looking for a Principal Business Development Manager (BDM) to define and drive its go to market strategy for Quantum Computing including consideration of components like Machine Learning, Networking, Storage and Software Implementation. Our goal is to create the easiest way for customers to use Quantum Computing. On this team you will wear many hats, work smart, and iterate quickly. We’re looking for someone who can define a vision for a technical and business opportunity and then execute on that vision. Successful applicants will have a strong background in Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science including familiarity with Quantum Computers, an MBA or equivalent experience, and demonstrated ability to learn in both the technical and business spheres. Deep Quantum Computing and/or Quantum Mechanics experience including evangelizing the technology to different stakeholders - Solid enterprise negotiation skills, and business and financial acumen; - Strong analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to turn detailed data analysis into useful strategic insight in order to drive customer adoption and make appropriate recommendations to the business; - Experience with, and detailed knowledge of managed services market and insights related to cloud computing and IT; - Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership
